I have always had an interest in Beauty and Wellness, Alternative Medicine Techniques, Acupressure, Holistic Therapies, Mindfulness, and Breathwork.
Whilst working as a support care worker, a demanding job which involved long shift patterns and insufficient sleep, I noticed an unwelcome increase in weight – I had gone up 2 dress sizes and my clothes didn’t fit me anymore. This was coupled with the onset of Perimenopause. I started to exercise daily, however, after 3 months of exercise I still could not shift the excess weight on my stomach, I began to explore alternatives which led me to Ultrasound Cavitation and Radio Frequency treatments. These revolutionary treatments transformed my body and got me back in my size 8 jeans!
